InspectionXpert for PDF 2013 has just been released.  Customers who are current on maintenance can download the new release immediately by logging into the Customer Portal.  Some highlights in this new release include:

• Ability to instantly create multiple copies of a single characteristic or feature (group of characteristics)
• 64-bit support for improved performance
• New GDT font supporting upper and lower case letters and even more symbols in an easy to use interface
• Support for users in a Citrix environment
• CMMXpert enhancements for autoassigning CMM results to ballooned characteristics, and stored mapping for easy import of new results files
• Polish and French language support

We are excited to announce the release of CMMXpert, a new add-on for InspectionXpert for PDF and InspectionXpert OnDemand. CMMXpert streamlines quality inspection processes by importing results from CMM routines directly into InspectionXpert for quick, and customizable, reporting and increased accuracy.

Once CMMXpert merges results data with ballooned characteristics in InspectionXpert, results are color-coded both on the drawing and in the measurement interface to show in tolerance, out of tolerance, or marginal conditions.  Users can also control settings to show the color-coded results in their inspection reports.

InspectionXpert's new CMM Import add-on is unique in that we can import results from almost any CMM program, saving inspectors hours of frustration. This new product is a natural progression for InspectionXpert towards providing capabilities for managing the inspection process from beginning to end.
