In April Extensible CAD Technologies finalized an agreement with Aras Corporation to offer integration between InspectionXpert and Aras Corporation’s enterprise open-source PLM product, Aras Innovator. In order to promote the integration and also to make connections with the Aras user community and Aras team, I decided to Aras Corporation's Annual International ACE Conference. 

Rand Worldwide recently announced that it will no longer sell or support its Functional Tolerance and Annotation (FT&A) and First Article Inspection (FAI) tools.  InspectionXpert for CATIA V5 provides an alternative for Dassault Systèmes' CATIA V5users needing automated inspection tools.
