InspectionXpert and Dimensional Control Systems to Showcase Quality Report Automation Posted 2 years 271 days ago ago by Chris Douglas     0 Comments
Dimensional Control Systems, Inc. (DCS) and InspectionXpert are hosting a free webinar event on November 7th at 9 AM EST and again at 2 PM EST, 2013. This event will walk through how InspectionXpert’s ballooning and inspection reporting tool and DCS’s QDM System work in tandem to deliver quality reports in minutes.

How much time do you waste creating AS9102 and FAIR reports? Is writing PPAPs and quality documents taking up a lot of your time? By using InspectionXpert automated ballooning and reporting tool in conjunction with DCS’s QDM System, inspectors can automate their processes to create quality inspection reports in minutes.  With QDM’s ability to read in inspection and quality data, it is easy to customize and generate reports on the fly, and through any secure web browser.

“Our goal with this solution is to drastically reduce the time it takes to create these reports,” stated Thagu Vivek, QDM product manager at DCS. “In addition, with a QDM System, all of the inspection and measurement data needed to create the reports is automatically brought in from a variety of sources.”

“InspectionXpert is excited to be expanding its reach to integrate with the QDM System. By combining the data extraction and report customization capabilities of InspectionXpert with the measurement data collection and analysis tools in the QDM System, inspectors can quickly create AS9102 and other common quality documents in minutes,” said Gretchen Bazeley, InspectionXpert’s Director of Business Development. “We are excited to see a task that often took two or more weeks now taking only a few minutes.”
