Here’s what you need to know in order to get you and your team members ballooning and reporting:   ### Step 1: Add your team   - Invite your team members to your part database, assign roles to your invited users, and control access to any restricted files you may have.  [Watch video tutorial](https://www.inspectionxpert.com/getting-started#) ### Step 2: Create your first part   - Upload your first part to start a new project. Need a drawing to test? [Download a part drawing](https://www.inspectionxpert.com/hubfs/IX_Multi-Tool-A5_Tahoma-2.pdf?hsLang=en).  - Add your part information, set your default tolerances, and set balloon styles and grid zones as required. [Watch video tutorial](https://www.inspectionxpert.com/getting-started#) ### Step 3: Balloon your drawing   - Capture your features and create balloons. - Assign classifications, operations, and inspection methods. - Set up any leader lines and symbols you may need. - Group or expand any multiple quantities you may have. Simply navigate to "Account Settings", click "Seats", and select "Unrestricted" or "Deny ITAR" from the dropdown menu. When an Admin or Planner user is creating a new part, they can select whether the part will be restricted in the "Part Information" panel by selecting "None" or "ITAR/EAR" from the Document Control dropdown menu. A Planner who has not been given access to restricted parts will not have this option in the part information panel. ## How to Re-Assign Seats Because the Admin user is a paid seat, in certain cases, an Admin user may wish to set another user as an Admin and themselves as a Billing or Reviewer user. To do this, the Admin user can navigate to the "Account Settings" page, click "Seats", and select the "Admin" role from the dropdown for the user they wish to change. Admin users may select a lower level of access for themselves, such as Planner, Billing, or Reviewer. However, a user with a lower level of access cannot change their role to a higher level. In the event an Admin user leaves your organization, we recommend that the user's email address is redirected to the new Admin user. They can then reset the Admin password, and take possession of the Admin account using the role switching procedure detailed above.     We send useful information.
